Taste Buds

Trying to figure out what to make with these ingredients...

OK, I've decided to go for a homemade barbecue chicken and roasted veggies.
Ingredients (Barbecue Sauce)
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp A1 steak sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp mustard
1 fresh pressed habanero or crushed dried habanero
2 tbsp EVOO
1 tbsp Harley's BBQ seasoning (optional)
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp horseradish
1 clove minced garlic

Mix all ingredients.

add the drumsticks.

Marinade for an hour in fridge.

Grill on medium high for 35 minutes. Serve with your favorite side. My choice was roasted sweet potatoes, and grilled vegetables.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Season potatoes with:
1tbsp EVOO
and a dash of the following:
paprika
chili powder
minced garlic
onion powder
rosemary
cumin
oregano

Roast in oven for 1 hour at 350°.

Grilled vegetables
1 tsp EVOO
salt and pepper to taste

Throw on grill for 25 mins at med high heat.

Using Recycled Canvases

Using Recycled Surfaces is the cheapest way to create various pieces of art. Look what I found and made...

recycled scrap masonite found in garage.

Old wine bottles, with decoupaged clippings from magazines.

Before I painted this, I found the frame with a scratched up print of a sailboat in a dumpster in Denver. I gave it a completely new look with some oil paint; leaving the edges rough for added charm.

The large blue painting was also done in oil paint. I found the frame in the same dumpster (as the previous frame) a few weeks later.
